"I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work. They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend"

"Great location, wonderful service and very clean and modern room. Breakfast is amazing, a la carte service included. Quite expensive for what you get, likely because there is less selection for this quality in Cortina. No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for a property this expensive and they promote that it has - required sleeping with the windows open and since the hotel is on a busy street this meant sleeping was terrible. "

"Great hotel that is easy walking distance to town. Very modern and clean, excellent customer service. Recently remodel with superb attention to details and high quality material. Only reason I give this a four instead of a five is that there is no air conditioning or fan, leaving the window open helped cool the apartment in July but also no screens so flies came in from near by cow feeding lot. "We stayed for six nights at Chalet Le Grazie. The owners have gone through a careful and tasteful renovation. It was a pleasure staying here. They thought of every detail. The place is very comfortable, spacious and entirely updated. The owners were available, responsive, and friendly. I look forward to coming back here with my extended family. "Our stay at Hotel Piaz was fine. Parking was easy and so was our check in process. We went into one room and the shower door was broken so the very helpful front desk lady let us switch to a new room. It wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at, but from here we visited Seceda, Vallunga, and Ortisei. It wasn’t dirty, just a little dingy and could maybe use a remodel. Charming place, great food, note the church bells

"What a charming place! The breakfast was splendid. We ate one night of dinner board there and the second across the street at the sister restaurant. Was great to have that variety. The only drawback to our stay was the constant church bells every 15 mins and the rooster in the mornings. Be aware that the bells ring until 11 pm and start at 7 am. Made it hard to go to bed early or nap at all. I know this isn’t in the control of the hotel. But in the summer when you need the door/windows open it’s something to consider or don’t forget the earplugs. Another plus is the nice little yard areas to sit outside, have a drink, read a book. "
