Friendly staff, and newly renovated rooms for a fair price. Can’t go wrong.
For convenience or was great. All other services were not very good. Although they had no reason to treat me as if i would or had broken anything they wanted to check the room and linens. As if it's surreal towels
This hotel clean despite short of staff. There is no person in the front desk, you need to call. I believe there is only one worker who does everything from cleaning, front desk check in and so forth. Most travelers are on the road and ready to use the washroom when they get to the hotel but this hotel does not have a washroom at the lobby. You need to go to the pub for washroom. Overall, nice and clean and staff is nice.
Service at checkin was excellent as was cleanliness of facility and my room. Room was small but just myself and perfect for that. Only downside was any noise in hallway (normal footsteps, voices etc were as tho I had left my door open but that wasnt an issue at all once I went to sleep. Price was great compared to other options and I would definitely stay again!

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was as expected, clean. No reception on duty. Had to call upon arrival at @1 pm to get room key. Also had to call again as front entrance was locked at 2 am after getting back from an event.
There receipts are so tiny and almost not readable.

Room was nicely updated but no mirror outside of bathroom. Only one chair in room and no luggage rack so had to use that for luggage. First night someone decided to power wash his truck below the window from 8 pm for 45 minutes. Spots in hallway floor were never cleaned up after stay of two days. Bathroom tissue holder was too far away and behind door. Awkward.

Body fluid stains on sheets. Was charged for an extra key card, as when I dropped the original one it fell through the slatted walkway in front of room door. Pretty greedy, and a poor business decision for a $5 gain. Will NEVER stay here again, and they now have this negative review. As a business owner myself, I would have eaten the cost of card, and suggest they update the slatted walkway so things do not get lost there.

First impression from outside was poor when I saw uncut grass, potholes in the parking lot, sand and gravel in the exterior entrance, and fingerprints allover the windows and doors. Lobby very classy as renovations are being completed. Floors uneven, have to carry luggage up to second floor, room smelled very bad with super strong scent planted somewhere. Took a long time to cool the room down with a very noisy air conditioning unit. There is a terrible old building smell permeating the entire room. Went to the pub for a drink and dinner. Bartender didn't say a word or make eye contact with me when she put the drink on the table and walked away. Weird vibe upon entering the pub, and not greeted by anyone. Not welcoming at all. Will not be back for a room or dinner.
Although the hotel is still undergoing some renovation, the rooms are well appointed, very well equipped and very well kept! The staff was excellent and very helpful. The rooms that are ready are up a flight of stairs so people should check before booking.
Very nice place to stay!
