"Booked for February half term with 2 kids age 6 and was super impressed. All of the staff from check in, to waiters, to lifeguards were incredible. "My stay was great, soon as I got to the premises, the staff took care of me. Ruth & her colleague Odell (sorry if I mispronounced the name) checked me in and made me feel right at home. Omar helped me with my bags which that was so kind of him! Loved the amenities in the hotel and most of all, the bed was so comfortable. Food and all was good too! Will be staying here in the future, thanks for making my 24 hour Dubai trip worth it."
