"Staff was friendly. Nice to have coffee and tea available at front desk all day. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well with nice clean and new linens. "

"The room had AC on full blast when I arrived. It was so cold. The climate control system had no instructions but I tried to adjust and put heat on and it did not work. It stayed cold all night even with AC unplugged. Had to use both duvets on my bed to keep warm. Not comfortable. Staff were very kind and friendly. room was clean."

"Need to have a vehicle for this property, as it is along a highway. Beautiful rainforest behind the hotel with a nice sitting area beside the river. Clean property, with a great pool and hot tub area. Don’t be late for the basic free breakfast as it was mostly packed up 10 minutes before the stated end time."
