"The property is relatively new, they were still working out some kinks. The service staff were wonderful, they made up for the overpriced food and lack of other dining options. The mandatory $48 valet charge is especially egregious. One should be able to park one’s car oneself and not be forced to pay $48 per night for (unnecessary) valet service. The $50 per night resort fee should be reduced as there’s really not much more than a pool and some board games to keep one occupied."

"Perfect location with a great restaurant only a couple minutes walk away by the waterfront. There were free bikes so we could cycle to the Beach. Beautiful modern spacious rooms. All the staff were very friendly. The valet assistant was lovely. Only negative point, make sure you check your account as someone obviously was using our room number. The very helpful and professional reception staff sorted this though without a fuss. Would definitely stay again."

"This is a fantastic hotel to stay in for its location and amenities. Great breakfast buffet, friendly staff and lovely pool area. The only problem I had was when I first arrived, the room allocated had a terrible view of a building site and half the window covered in film. I felt depressed when I walked in. It wasn’t cheap either at $600 a night. I asked for a different room but I had to pay an extra $40. That’s not too much but to be honest, I don’t think it should have been extra and no one...

"It’s a beautiful property and friendly staff. It’s expensive to stay at PGA but what you expect for the overnights. I was disappointed that the resort and parking fees are outrageous. $22 to self park your car in the parking lot and $42 resort fee for basically nothing. I enjoyed the room but don’t think it’s worth the complete cost that you pay. "

"Steve checked us in and it was amazing! He started the trip off perfectly! I’ve never felt so welcomed at a resort in my entire life! The rest of the staff was also wonderful. They did seem a little understaffed, which after talking to them they were. They all did their best and very accommodating to all of our needs. This area of Florida was the best area I have been in.
