"The generator off most of the time so, no air conditioner and no hot water to shower every morning. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day. Therefore, I had to cancel my upcoming April reservation because I didn’t want to have that horrible experience again. "

"Like most of the Haiti properties, they have been there a while. The beauty of this place is incredible. The ability to be immediately over the water makes eating and visiting somewhat unique. Food was very good, but it needs to be ordered quite in advance. Staff are very polite and accommodating. I have visited several times over the past 20 years, and I keep going back. It is charming."
