"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. "The only positives are perhaps relative low price for area, shops and restaurant nearby and heating was ok (it was -10 outside). Kind owners and probably lacking hands too (or motivation). Otherwise expect razor thin walls, cardboard doors with zero insulation, cheap everything, beg for toilet paper every day (in polish, no english), too little parking for the amount of guests. "The heating was not working and it was uncomfortably cold, reported the issue and it was still not fixed the following day. The bed was also very uncomfortable and they struggled to speak English so it was quite difficult to communicate even during simple check in. "
