"Our stay at Cannery Row Inn was ok. The person at the front desk at check in was friendly. I was surprised though that we had to pay $17.00 to park at the hotel. The room was comfortable but a little dirty and the furniture was very outdated, and worn. "

"Overall nice place relatively quiet it is right next to the freeway there were hairs left in the bathroom in the sink in the shower and on the ground the cleaning crew was overly aggressive they would knock and then enter my room even when I was in the shower. Three times on Sunday morning breakfast is good"

"My husband and I came to Monterey for a little weekend getaway. We were so excited to stay beach front. The beach is on the other side of the sanctuary resort and over the hill. It’s super close to the beach, but not beach front. But great price for great location. Especially since the sanctuary goes for $650 a night. "Quick checkin. Clean. Quiet during our stay. The bed was comfortable (for me). The only downside was the shower did not fully engage so the tub filled with water (ankles deep) but overall a lovely experience. Dining is within walking distance (a quick drive). "

"Our room was clean and up-to-date. I really like the restroom in the mirror as it was an LED touchscreen mirror. I didn’t like the fact that I had to call them to tell them to change my sheets and come clean the room. Apparently they don’t clean it unless you request it."
