"For one, i didn't know that the shuttle didnt leave for the airport until 7 am, but the gentleman at the desk was more then helpful by calling a cab company for my pick up at 5 am. The $30 was immedialtly put make in my account whereas that never happened with a hotel in NYC. I will certainly book with this hotel in clearwater st pete in the future !!!!!"
