"Beautiful property from the moment you step into the lobby/lounge area with a small bar. Absolutely exquisite. Rooms and bathrooms are cozy and quaint with no issues. The decor in the rooms are nice and dark/cozy, somewhat masculine energy but very nice. The only small complaint would be the the lobby area floor, it's a little unstable and noisy when dragging your luggage through this area to the reception area, it's a bit cumbersome. The staff was terrific and moved us to another room in the morning when we reported it. The night desk person (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was so helpful and personable.
