"This was our second stay at Asian Jewel and it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Our room (Jasmine) had a direct panoramic view of Bird Lake and we saw many different species of birds as well as small animals including chipmunks, water monitors, geckos (and a cobra one one day but soon banished by the staff...). "No POOL! На мой вопрос - а где же бассейн? Был дан идиотский ответ - вон там море, там и купайтесь! Море необорудованное, все очень запущенное, лежаков мало и они обычно поломанные, нормальный есть только один. За кондей требуется доп/оплата 3000 рупий. Холодильника в номере стандарт нет, но хоть разрешили пользоваться холодильником в столовой, но часто его отключали чтобы включить вентилятор. В целом персонал старается помочь, однако руководство недружелюбно. Больше чем на 1 ночь...

"So polite and nice staff! Helps out with everything and always with a smile. The hotel is a 15 minutes walk from the beach but I think that was nice because it makes it so much more calm here than down at the city centre."

"The location was perfect! However, the cleanliness of the hotel rooms was inadequate. The hotel needs to pay more attention to detail. The bathrooms were moldy and smelled like urine, the towels were dirty and the bed sheets were discolored. There was dust and dirt in the rooms that you know have not been cleaned in months... The staff were polite and attentive. The hotel has so much potential because of the location if only it was cleaner. "

"No one in reception on our arrival (2pm). When shown to our room nothing was explained, ie, where and when to get breakfast, as I happens it was in the next hotel song. The pool shower was also in that hotel. In our room the a/c had only 2 positions, on and off, therefore at night either to hot or in a cold draft. And the shower drain was blocked!! "
