"The staff was very nice! If there was ever a problem, they would make every effort to make it right. I had one roach, but that is expected in the Philippines, and they took care of it and I never saw another one. The TV Stations did not work, so it was very limited. The WIFI was very good and had no problems so I watch my TV on my smart phone or lap top. The restaurants are close. I loved that they pick you up and bring you back to the airport. I for sure will be back!"

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."
