"There is nothing particularly 'wrong' with this hotel. It felt very out of season in full season. The location is great for the airport - only 10 miins drive. I was very annoyed that the lift didn't work - and we had to lug all suitcases up several flights of stairs. "Located in a small village just outside of Karpenisi town, this hotel was amazingly comfortable and beautifully furnished. The breakfast served in the lovely courtyard was delicious and filling, and the shared living room, dining room, and kitchen area were convenient for a snack or self-made dinner. "This is an absolute GEM of a property in central Greece. You will need a vehicle of some kind to make the trip out to Karpenisi, but if you do, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. Yes, this location is typically for families, but because of the animals on site, my wife made this a must stay on our trip. "This hotel is modern and charming. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast spread they put on was beautiful. The dogs of the hotel are one of the highlights. They ran to our car to greet us when we arrived. They are so friendly and lovely! I would absolutely would stay there again."
