"This is a delightful hotel, modern and well designed with a great pool. Breakfast is of a high quality with lots of options. It is well located a few minutes from the river and a very short walk to old town. Lots of eating options nearby. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide free bikes. The room was well appointed with English shows and movies on the TV. I would highly recommend Cozy An. "

"What a gem of a hotel. Its situated right on the edge of the pedestrian area, so close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked the Penthouse Suit at the top because its was so cheap, yet still a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, quite with a great view out over the town and river. Breakfast was small, but still with a good choice of buffet and cooked options. There is a pool downstairs, although more like a giant bath."

"This is a very pretty property. It was under some construction, so you had to walk around them doing work and stuff. They had bikes to go around shopping. The pool is pretty, rooms are large. Breakfast was boring and not so great. Not enough choices of fruit……..plain bananas, watermelon and dragon fruit. Everywhere else we have been to in Vietnam served those fruits plus pineapple, Langdon, and passion fruit, melons. Baked goods were just generic and not so fresh. "

"We booked 2 connecting rooms via private hallway for our family of 4. Everything was perfect. Located in between old town Hoi An and the beach. Bikes could be borrowed from the hotel for free. Breakfast was nice. Our kids loved the pool. "

Room is sparkling clean, bed is big and comfortable. Free bottled water and toiletries provided. Totally a 10/10 place. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent service from reception, kitchen, and security staff. Room was very clean. Not a great view but there is a balcony. I used the balcony to dry out my wet boots. Close to the Old Quarter and the new quarter. Lots of food around the area."
