"We were able to check in early on day of arrival. We had a double superior room with a wraparound balcony, which had a fabulous view of the valley both directions. Very comfortable bed and lovely shower, room was very clean with remote control operated blinds on outside to shade it from the sun. Breakfast looked superb but didnt eat there on this occasion. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, we hope to return in the future."

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. "Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List. "

The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation.
