It would have been nice to have more on the hospitality tray, maybe biscuits & hot chocolate and also water in the fridge which I thought Hilton hotels always offer? The car parking is obviously an issue but there were directions & explanations so it didn’t bother us and we were grateful to be able to leave...

"Hotel was fine but the food offered in the evening was disgusting. Totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Just tried one fork and could not swallow any more than this. "

"Staff were very good in guiding me to a parking space. Staff were very welcoming Room was a little too warm when we arrived. Generally very clean but bathroom looking a little tired. Mattress was too soft for me and sagging Ion the centre. I suggested to reception staff it should be replaced "

"Food was very very good. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. Cleanliness good. Beautiful white tablecloths and napkins. View from hotel is fabulous as it’s right on river with barges. Building is unfortunately very tired and needs complete renovation and painting. "

The hotel is a little tired but this doesn’t take anything away from it it is just an observation and I would stay there again. "
