"This hotel was great. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all lovely. I stayed here on 3 occassions during my trip, each time I came back to Hanoi. It's worth noting that some of the rooms don't have a window, so if this is important to you make sure the room description says "city view". I booked a room with no window on one of my stays and it was perfect. It's much more quiet. The communal spaces are very clean and tidy and the opportunity to do your own laundry was great...

Unfortunately the room did smell a bit like cigarettes. Otherwise everything was a 10/10 experience. I would stay again in the future."
