3 Star Hotels in Bad Hofgastein, Salzburg State

"The front desk waited for us until we arrived at 8:00 pm which was very nice of them and we had 2 rooms close to each other. There were a few restaurants and many sports shops a walking distance from the hotel. When we arrived to the second floor with the elevator, we found out that we have another 6-7 stairs to climb with the language to get to the rooms…. The bathroom in one of the rooms was tiny and there was not any body soap or shampoo in both rooms. The worst part was that every 15...

"It was an excellent hotel at a gorgeous spot. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is located near a magnificent glacier with numerous gondola lifts. Great vacation spot."

The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "I would avoid this one like the plague. It’s more akin to a hostel connected to the hotel 2 doors down. Rude and impatient staff, atrocious check-in, but worst of all: no internet at peak times (mornings and evenings). Really, in 2024? "
