"Front desk always staffed, they were friendly & helpful. Room was large & comfortable. Awful location (amongst a load of grotty fast food outlets just off a main road) for me but I could get to the station in about 30 mins walk, dodging traffic on the main road, great if you're driving I suppose. Also very pricey for it's location & time of year."

Likewise, it's walkable from the bus station, close to key points of interest and there are plenty of very good pubs and eating venues nearby. Or check-in was a bit slow, but service otherwise was excellant, especially the cheery ladies at breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was very good.
