"Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. "

"I was really pleased with our choice of Le Chamois D’Or. It is ideally located near the bottom of the magic carpet and Pioneers chair lift and really is ski in/out. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. We even had a balcony overlooking the piste. "This was our second family ski holiday staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret and we have been very impressed on both occasions. The very helpful and friendly staff are excellent. The location of the hotel is right next to the slope, a 30 second stroll from the hotel entrance. There is a ski equipment hire shop on the premises which is very convenient. "This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

"All the hotel staff are very nice and they provide good services and good advise on the local guide. Good location, ski in and ski out. The room rate is over price and the room is very basic decoration, no sofa, no bedside table, no sofa tea table and also no WiFi. The food in the restaurant is amazing. When I booked the hotel, they mentioned free WiFi provide. "
