"We had a great stay."

"Ended up arriving later than expected to find no staff at the desk (beyond the 3:30 cut-off). Front doors locked and no answer on the phone to call. Turns out there were instructions (thru expedia) for the need to call if you were to be late. Once they called back (and someone let me in to the lobby) i was able to get a key to a room. After that it was smooth sailing. I was uncertain of the area around the hotel but as my stay progressed I realized it to be busy and safe. Surrounded by...

"Expedia collected payment for hotel but the hotel also charged for accommodation. Contacted them, they admitted I had been charged twice, collected bank account details but never refunded the money"
