"The level of hygiene is low, especially in the toilet area. lack of facilities in the toilet and the walls and doors are not repaired properly. the cleanliness of the toilet floor is not scrubbed as clean as possible. no place to hang towels and clothes."

"Our room was not available for unclear reasons upon arrival. Sketchy and passive aggressive management. A cash damage deposit was required at check in without prior notice. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!"

"Second time we stayed at this wonderful place. Everything was perfect and location was close the mall and local food. The staff were also excellent and special mention to Ms Olivia at the front desk."

"Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel."
