"very clean, modern spacious room, staff friendly, bar was good with reasonable prices. We arrived on a Saturday and the restaurant was shut! which was a shame as it looked nice and the menu looked good. Would recommend this hotel and we hope to return "

"Due to the Rugby World Cup, the price of the hotel was over double to what it was previously. Definitely not worth the money. Very basic and small. There was a kettle in the room and just 1 tea bag & no coffee. Even thou the room was advertised as facilities: kettle, instant coffee & tea bags etc. will not be staying again."

"I arrived after 10.40 pm and the hotel closes at 10pm. They wrote me the gâté code to enter And informer me the room Door was going to be open ed... Unless someone was in room and therefore i wait ed 30 minutes until someone gave me another room without any personal excuse. Same thing the next day when I met the young guy made the mistake of switching the rooms. Overall old and not so clean.... Not worthy the price. "

"Perfect location to explore everything around the city centre. Spacious bedrooms, nice duvets and pillows but some details and the corridors rather worn out. The lounge area completely different than the photos displayed and breakfast rather basic but adequate. The staff very helpful and happy to assist "
