"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "Super friendly and welcoming staff... particularly Natalie at reception. Breakfast spread was quite diverse, delicious and satisfying. Our son is a professional volleyball player for Dukla Liberec, and the arena was very convenient to get to... thanks for the wonderful stay!"

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍"

"Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar."

"It has a bed and breakfast feel. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Nice kitchen to use. Lovely property and a small pool and play area for young kids. Nice and helpful staff. a 5 min walk from Town Hall with all the shops and restaurants. Only downfall is that some properties in that area are run down and many abandoned. "

"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

"Výborný personál se vždy přátelským přístupem. Perfektní kuchyně. Trošku problematické s dobíjením elektrokol, ale řešitelné. Jako minus bych označil dražší parkování na hotelovém parkovišti za 120 Kč za noc."
