"Great friendly staff clean quiet close to beach rd"

"I thought it was a great property. Great location, great value with breakfast. House keeping was excellent. Just switched out towels and you get two water bottles a day. Only down side is there was chain smokers next door and they kept their room door open so it flooded the hall and my room. Other than that fantastic. Pool on the roof. 7/11 around the block and I used Katy laundry service a couple blocks away. Drop off in early morning and pick up that evening. The hotel had laundry service too...

"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...
