"The staff were really good. Had a few issues with room ie no hot water thou was sorted out. Leakage from sink again sorted. Leak from ceiling again sorted quickly. It is very noisy until around 6am. If you are a night owl you'll be ok. Can't praise the staff enouth. All very pleasant and charming. If it wasn't so noisy I would stay again. Stayed 20 nights. "

"We had a villa deluxe and was very affordable and comfortable with daily room service! Facilities like pool, bar was good! Breakfast was a challenge not because of hotel but a lot of guest were rude jumping lines would take more than they could eat leaving wasted food…..this may be common in there own countries but was disturbing to us! The hotel itself was great"
