"The Lamb is a fine hotel in the heart of Ely. The staff were reliably helpful, polite, and skilled. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for me and my wife. "Room was not serviced. Hangers don't make a difference. No staff near reception when trying to check out. Very disappointed compared to previous visits."
