"I visit about 30.40 hotels per year from 3 to 5 stars and I never write reviews. I must say I've never had a staff, at check-in and check-out that was so fantastic, smiling and very kind, in a genuine way, not in a "trained" way. A real great experience. The premises are ok. The only "bad" thing is that the TVs are smaller than a microwave :-D. And Room 6 has the water in the faucet not draining correctly. Take care and thank you the check-in/out team."

"Super little Hotel in a perfect location for walking into the City centre. Approx 30 mins walk from the river, punting etc. Although on a main road, we heard no traffic noise at all from our room. Would happily stay there again on our next venture to Cambridge."

"Christ's College is an old institution with lovely grounds in the centre of Cambridge and it is easy to walk to attractions.The accommodation is in a modern block at the back of the grounds and was built by the architect for the National Theatre .So I was faced with a huge flight of concrete steps and no lift!Luckily I had help with my case from a gardener on my arrival and a cleaner as I left and in between I got quite fit! But I think you should warn prospective guests with limited mobility...

"Good condition, easy to go everywhere on foot!"

"Breakfast was just ok. The food area was a tad messy with spilt food. Tables were not cleared. There was only 1 very large table that was clear but as there was only 2 of us it was far too big. The man on reception cleared the tables in the end and ask was OK. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom light flashed on and off from the time we got there to time we left. Would still recommended this hotel."

"Very clean. All facilities available. The nearest pub is a 15 minute walk along a footpath but it's well trodden so no problem. The room is spacious too. Über taxis take minutes to arrive and cost a few pounds into the city center.Overall we fully recommend it."

"Beautiful setting , excellent size room with comfortable beds but a bit chilly in the evening . Receptionist brought in a blownheater as mobile radiator was not working . "

"Nice modern bar and restaurant area. Spacious room. Bed was a bit small, but comfortable. Our bathroom had a shower over the bath, but no shower door or curtain, making it a little bit awkward. "

"We had a short trip to Cambridge and found this hotel ideally situated. Around 10 minutes to the park and ride. 5 minutes from Duxford air museum. Lovely village setting with a couple of pubs to choose from. All staff genuinely friendly. Food and drinks very good and reasonably priced."
