"Staff are lovely and take great care to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. We arrived extremely late and they made sure we had everything we needed. Super friendly service. "

Don't get me wrong, it's a nice place, well maintained, but no breakfast available unfortunately, and the nearest place only offers breakfast from 10am onwards. If you have an early start I suggest you make arrangements outside of the area."

"This was the third time we have stayed here and as usual the staff were amazing, friendly and professional. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and all good qualify. We also ate in the restaurant where there was a great selection of dishes and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be back soon. "

"Ostan Loch Altan was an excellent place to rest on a looping, self-organized road trip through the hinterlands of County Donegal. The roadside inn is comfort, with spacious rooms (though the bed was on the soft side, so you felt a little like you were sinking toward the middle). Luckily, the hotel has its own pub, which serves dinner — Friday night was steak special night — and breakfast room, as the other pub across the street wasn’t serving food midweek in early November.
