"The hotel is directly across from a beautiful beach about 100 m. away. Our room had a nice, compact balcony. We asked for an extra chair and were accommodated nicely. The elevator/lift is rather small. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. "

"The Moretti family that runs this hotel was very exceptional. They are friendly, attentive, and hospitable. They helped us navigate parking and even met us down the street to help bring our luggage in and to our room as well as describe exactly where to park. They showed us several places to eat and go to for exceptional views. The hotel is located right in the heart of town and very convenient. Room was very clean and neat and well kept as well as a lot of thought was put into decorations...

"A beautiful, rustic Villa a few steps ( walk up the steps ) away from the town center. The have some excellent vegan, organic food and wine in their restaurant located at the town center. Above all, Enrique, I assume, the owner of the property, is a genuine personality with a warm smile and with lots of informed about Etruscan culture! Overall, a best stay! "Property was clean but staff was limited in their ability ro understand english. A/C did not work and beds where all singles. Overall, i would stay here in a pinch but it would not be my first choice."

"The views are amazing! The room overlooked the sea and there were lots of outdoor spaces to sit. The breakfast was great with so many pastries, meats, cheeses and the gentleman who set it up and made my cappuccino was very friendly! I got up very early one morning and he was kind to make me a cappuccino before 7!"

"They have online a wood stair, no elevator, and the noise was terrible. It was no possible sleep and relax. we complained to the owners but to no avail. the problem of noisy stairs is general and should be reported at the time of booking. if I had known before I would not have booked this B&B, even considering the price !!!"
