"We were welcomed to the Hotel Umbria by the proprietor who was absolutely charming. He offered us a chilled bottle of water for our room on arrival and also parked the car. Dinner that nice was in the Hotel restaurant sitting on the terrace and food was very good. Room had good air conditioning and was quiet."

"Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory."

"At the moment of arrival nobody spoke English. During my booking I was asked to leave my card details with the warranty that the card won’t get charged, as I choose “pay at the property “. My card was charged. My trip was during my birthday, nothing provided, booking for 15 days. In the booking was mentioned room with breakfast included. Breakfast contained only products containing sugar (pastries mostly and a coffee machine). I’m allergic to sugar. While talking to manager about my...
