A dog was barking in the room next to us shortly after we arrived, another neighbouring room made a complaint and the lady at the front desk quickly dealt with and resolved the situation professionally."

Arrival time was 3 pm, but no one around at 3.30. Then reception closed again until 5 pm, so no help available. We won't be back. "
