"Convenient comfortable and very good customer service as always. Just one change now required. ALL THIRD PARTY booking information needs to now be changed to clearly state that there is now a £5 per night charge for parking. This is currently VERY MISLEADING as the information when booking states parking as part of the hotel packages and CURRENTLY DOES NOT mention the charge. Huge thanks to the hotel manager and staff from myself for waiving the charge on this occasion. However I will be put off...

"All good for the price. Dated furniture in the room, but not a problem. Nothing around the hotel. A 5 minute bus ride into Chipping Norton, but the walk to the bus stop at night is pitch black. No lighting. Taxi £10 Nov 2024."

"Nice convenient location. Biggest downside is the noise, rooms seriously need sound proofing. Can hear your neighbours every move, which is the only downside to this property. Rooms are clean, functional and bed comfy. "

Downsides were that the towel-rail was on high heat with no means of controlling it, which meant that the bedroom was extremely warm and the bathroom like an oven! The heating seemed to affect the water as by morning the cold tap was dispensing piping hot water! We’d stay again, but would ask for extra bottles of water and hope that the...
