When I arrived they had no knowledge of my reservation and said they don’t work with Expedia any more and don’t know why they’re still listed. "Staff were very helpful and courteous at all times. Free tea, coffee and biscuits were always available. Although it is not close to the centre it is close to bus routes taking you there."
