"Stylish and modern but quaint and historic. Check-in was the easiest I've ever had. I like this business model. My only critique is the lack of mini fridge in each room, even really cheap hotels tend to have those. The walls and floors allowed sound to penetrate, but that's usually the case with hotels, as I've stayed in more than I can count, so I don't think it's a valid critique unique to this establishment. The parlor staff are really kind and helpful. They also offer worthwhile cocktails...

"The entire experience was wonderful starting with staff who were quick to return calls, & very accommodating. The property is on the Gunnison River and close to town. Delta is a cute little town with a great variety of restaurants and shopping. The room was large. "Secluded and beautiful lodge nestled at about 10k feet. The rooms are cozy and all have fireplaces that are gas fired, hairdryers, toiletries, and coffee makers. The restaurant has really good choices, especially deliscious is the pork green chili. Many outdoor activities exist outside the lodge doors; including hiking, fishing, xc skiing, snowmobiling, and atv'ng."

"I had notified the owner that my husband cannot have dairy or eggs, when I made the reservation. The owner/manager seemed unaware, but since the breakfast was French Toast, my husband was able to eat it. The following day, I woke up feeling very unwell (happens after 7 years of cancer/60 treatments).
