This hotel is kept meticulously clean, the staff are all very polite and pleasant and always helpful as we know little french, large car park pleasant breakfast and good tasting coffee, for a hotel prices were very reasonable, we would certainly recommend and would like to stay here again "

The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). "The hotel is in an interesting location, seemingly uninviting at first, but after a day or two, once you become familiar with it and its surroundings, it proves to be an excellent choice for anyone attending a conference at the nearby Lyon Convention Center. The staff are kind, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained."
