"Great value stay. Room was nice and clean and appreciate the 12 o clock check out time. Parking is only £10 overnight which is great considering parking in Leeds City Centre is extortionate. Short walk into the centre althought there are also dining options and supermarkets on your doorstep. "

The check was fast and the service at the bar/restaurant was excellent. The food was really nice as well. The room was large and comfortable but just a little bit noisy. I had a fantastic view of the racecourse. The hotel is in a great condition with a good car park and great location."

"The hotel its self was lovely and so was the staff but whatever you do, don’t park on the royal Victoria hotel. This is the car park right to the side of the metropolitan. Me and my sister came up for new year, to come back from being out to find her car window to be smashed in!! Stole her dashcam, money, cards ect!!! Royal Victoria hotel was no help! Parked by cameras for this exact reason but wasn’t able to view! He had done a few cars on this car park ! Be careful "
