"Atmosphere and history was great to experience "

"Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "

"Nice staff , family room ok, bar food was good, breakfast was excellent . Refurbishment works ongoing , no issue as such with that but this should have been made clear prior to booking, no pool. Last breakfast sitting 10.30am and the expect check out at 11am ??? "

"The staff were excellent, the hotel itself was nice, basic and clean. I could hear other people in the rooms either side though, the breakfast was ok. But the best thing was the staff, I was travelling on my own and they were great to help me out."
