"The room was neat but the AC was not working so we had to be moved to another room only to find out the next morning that the windows had not been closed behind the curtains and there were mosquitos all over the room and had bitten my 9 months baby all over the face you could see bite marks all over her face! Our experience before that had been hectic bcos one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was their swimming pool but we got there and the pool was so dirty! So for our 4 days stay there...

"The property is convenient to the medical center which is what I needed. The room was comfortable however more attention needs to be paid to detail cleaning especially in the bathroom. Toilet seat was dirty with urine and there was no toilet paper."

After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. "Totally overpriced. Waited 1,5 hours for lunch and was served overcooked, burnt, overpriced, and bland pasta. Dinner took two hours for the first persons dish to arrive, and three hours for the last group member to get the food. Loud place. Understaffed and obviously not well managed.
