"I had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to check me in, the bar/restaurant was full so I guess it’s ok!"

"Simple check in and out, wide breakfast variety, aircon however was noisy when on during the night, and the water pressure for the shower was not overly powerful. Easy to find and access. "

"Hotels.com advertised free onsite parking but this is not available. Had trouble with the wifi but this seems to be the norm with Btittania hotels. It happened in Blackpool and the receptionist admitted its a problem in a lot of their hotels in rooms on high floors. Room was clean with a nice bath as I'd requested. The bed was a little uncomfortable for us but we both have back problems so it would probably be OK for other people. "

"From the moment we checked in the gent serving was brilliant. Polite and very clued up, Was a refreshing thing to see. Stay was fine, comfy room, that was clean. Evening meal was lovely & well priced. Breakfast was also good value."

"The staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming. The room was virtually clean although there were a few small marks on the bed linnen and the usb charging socket didnt work. Only 3 plug sockets in the entire room and they were too close to the dresser service that a normal usb plug wouldnt fit in. Bed was comfey and bathroom clean with a lovely deep bath and powerful shower. Bath dripped all night annoyingly. I ordered bar food and had the breakfast and both were underwhelming. Despite it...
