"Staff tried hard to keep everyone happy. Front desk employees are very helpful and friendly. Pick up and ride back to the fast ferry is very helpful. I did not like the daily 2 plastic water bottles in the room. Should offer a water container for guests to refill their own water bottles to save on trash. My room had no window, felt claustrophobic."

They are there and usually cordial but that’s it. They don’t go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. Rooms are decent and clean with TV, AC and fridge.
