"The hotel, overall, was wonderful. The location was perfect , the staff was friendly, and the facility was clean. The one negative was the on location restaurant, Chads. We used to go there when it was Sambos and we loved it. When we went to Chad's, the serving staff was so unattentive. We were skipped over several times, so that the staff could help other folks who arrived later. The person next to me was complaining about the quality of his breakfast and the rest of the folks didn't have...

"We had a lovely stay at the West Coast Inn. Perfect location, beautiful setting. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub (although the hot tub was almost too hot). Free wine and cheese in the afternoon and coffee 24/7 are a nice touch. Breakfast was very basic continental with no hot items, but was fine. Rooms are comfy with lots of room for your stuff.
