"Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem. "Our room had the best sea view & the sound of the waves was so relaxing. As we were staying late in the season the repair & building work had started but this caused no disturbance or noise. The staff were amazing, the room was great with a powerful & spacious shower. Can't wait to stay again. "

"We drove through the mountains and arrived in an industrial part of town so weren’t too sure about the place as the rain began to fall. The next morning the sun turned the place into a Disney princess film set- the breakfast was fantastico. The staff gave us a walking map and we took a dip in the Mediterranean before shopping in town and eating a gelato. Forget Porto Fino! Save your money and come here! "
