"For the price the room was adequate we had booked the larger room with e beds but they made a mistake for the first night and had to stay in the single queen room 1 night pretty small. They did comp us that night which was nice of them and then stayed in bigger room which was nice and spacious and happy we got it....we did rebook this hotel for the end of our trip as well. "The customer service was top notch, very helpful and friendly. There is a washer/ dryer for those that are packing light like we were. Parking is a little tough but lots of overflow lots. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbors but for the price, it’s a great place to stay!"

"We arrived after checkin time & was helped by a very friendly & helpful staff member who had just finished her shift. The next day was a public holiday so we didn’t see anyone else as the hotel was closed. Easy walk down hill to city centre & harbour. Quite an effort to return. But if taking a car there are plenty of paid car parks available. "
