"Extremely difficult to enter the hotel by car when a match (soccer or rugby) is being played at adjacent Loftus Versfeld. Room service terrible. We waited for more than an hour, and had to phone several times, before delivery was made, despite being promised initially that it would take at the most 40 minutes. The food was cold. The reception staff were highly professional and friendly."

"I felt safe. The property was clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great. There is an outlet and the hairdryer by a mirror, which is very nice. I had a very short stay and it was great. The only downside was they have no luggage carts/trolleys. I had a lot of bags and it was difficult to manage that. So, be ready to haul all of your bags by yourself. "
