"Great suite, but the check-in desk was unstaffed when I arrived, so I spent a very irritating 20 minutes out on the street, unable to get through the locked door leading into the hotel. The phone number to call for assistance was not working on my 1 phone. They need to fix this; check-in should not be so difficult. How about a simple door code?"

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "

"The hotel staff went above and beyond to help and even lent me a hoover for my hire car foot wells. My room was small but comfortable but my colleagues room was spacious and comfy too. The shower worked well but took several minutes for the hot to come through but once it did it had great pressure and temperature. The WIFI was great and the food was both quirky, tasty and great value. The haggis and beef wellington starter was fantastic and so was the flour tortilla chilli lasagne. The bar was...
