"Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"The hotel had nice staff and can see is new. The parking needs to be addressed as you get blocked in so easier to walk than attempt to move. Breakfast warm stuff is only warm not hot but good variety. Upstairs pool is cool but not enough loungers for all and only place that looked like it. Needed a clean inside. Short walk to the beach where they had more loungers but weather was not warm enough. Would go back and stay if needed though."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Egidio who went out of his own way to deal with our queries. The hotel room wad very spacious and the views from the hotel were great. Although we were there just at the end of the season the staff opened the beachside bar for us on our last night which was much appreciated. "We loved this hotel, it was in a great location about a 20 minute walk from the main section of Saranda. It was very clean, in great condition and the staff were lovely - they couldn’t do enough for you. The pool set up was great, and there was a small beach with loungers and bean bags.
