Seemed to be newer with a good air conditioner and was clean. This is not a true boutique hotel but more like a rental of a large 1 bedroom 2 story townhouse in a gated townhouse community on a hilltop. "There was no water to wash or shower in the morning. The swimming pool was dirty and didn’t resemble the photo shown when booking. "

"This was terrible, Our room was already booked, although we book and pay in advance. The owner took more than 1 hour to arrive to the B&B. He gave us so many unreal explanation, at the end she give us a room in another B&B, which cost less that we pay. Not recommended at all."
