"I like this property it's good enough, it's right on the water right on the main drag where you go to eat. However, do not let them put you on the first floor that doesn't have an elevator. The carpet in the entire building really smells disgusting and sometimes the smell comes into your room. The air vent from your bathroom on the first floor rooms, 100-109 faces an alleyway and you can smell cigarette smoke and cat pee waft in. The bed mattress is excellent, super soft. "Overall it’s good but could do with updating, things like very small shower, very old tv (not capable of logging into Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.), air conditioning automatically cycles between on/off every 5 minutes and it’s a little noisy due to location (but tolerable), also, they have a pool but it’s only for “spa treatments” which finish at 6pm but guests still not allowed to use it!"

"Great location across from the beach. Pool area is relaxing, spotless and plenty of sun beds. Breakfast is standard buffet, no full english but did for us just fine with a decent selection daily. Aircon in room, included in price, worked a treat and was much needed! Nice stroll up the strip at night with lots of places to eat. Our room was lovely with a stunning sea view, they have all you could need ... mostly ... ladies who need a hair dryer would be best taking your own. There is one but...

"Messalonghi has mostly Greek tourists and some international yachting folk. This means the prices are great. The restauranrs all along the port around are fab and the hotel is in a perfect spot. It is an older hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean and fresh linen each day."

"A wonderfully relaxing spot to spend a holiday! We stayed at the end of the season, and it was relaxed and quiet, exactly what we wanted. The beach is mere steps away and it wasn't crowded, there's a pool and sunny terrace for lounging, and a shaded bar/restaurant to chill in. "This hotel is a secret gem in the med. The views are amazing! The family who run it are so so attentive and went the extra mile to make my brief stay perfect (serving restaurant food on my balcony, lending me local adapters, booking my transfers etc). Although tired in some places, the rooms are super clean and functional. The food is good quality and the facilities are decent. I especially enjoyed the pool and the beach at the hotel. "
