"Very clean hotel ! Preferred bigger room but it doesn’t come with opened unblock view, so room is too small for 2pax. Saw another new Toyoko Inn hotel opening on 10-10-2024. Should I come Tottori again, will book the new hotel IF bigger room is with opened unblock view."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel personnel was more than helpful. We had a minor medical situation and they went out of their way to help us find medical attention. This was more complicated because many clinics were closed due to a holiday but they made many phone calls and found a solution for us. We are very grateful for their diligence. The hotel itself is very new and the decor is quite modern. Everything was clean and in perfect condition."

"This is such a beautiful location, and the home is well-maintained and decorated with care. When we arrived, four pairs of slippers were waiting for us, just as if we were staying in a traditional ryokan or machiya. We felt welcomed as invited guests. The guide covered most of the operational questions we would have had, and the pictorial on-site book answered most others. "Rooms were very small and bathrooms were like an American RV. Had to get 2 rooms for a family of 4."

"It is a very good, nice and helpful hotel and some staffs talk very good English. Their rooms are clean and no smell. Hot springs are good, have a good garden, surrounding by green grass environment. I have a very good experience on hiking here."
