"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. "The hotel has great facilities and is excellently located. Also very friendly staff. Our issue was a lack of AC and fans, which meant the rooms and reception areas were all uncomfortably hot (we were visiting during 25-30 degrees celsius temperatures in August). The place felt like a heat trap. It meant one of the key elements of a hotel (sleep) was not achievable. "

"Pros: The room was as described, staff at the restaurant were very helpful and attentive to our request as we were the only vegetarians it seemed. They made sure we got one hot vegetarian meal. Iliya was the one who always helped. Cons: There was no communication on check-in been dont at the other Hotek Latini and we had to move our large suitcases around. There was no coffee maker in the room. "
