"The resort looked good on picture and the lobby still looks grand … but the place is very run down. Room was dark, furnished with very old uncomfortable beds. Carpets are just in bad shape. Service didn’t help improve the experience: I got a very long check in of more than 30min and was double charged at check out. Food wasn’t good. "

Barely have any place to walk. The receptionist was not friendly and short with you while checking in. Beside shampoo and body wash, there's nothing else. No toothpaste/brush. We have 3 people in the room and asked for one extra pillow since we have only 2 in the room. They responded that each pillow will...
